NBA News: Enes Kanter Trash-Talks Kevin Durant During The Match; Durant and Warriors Destroy Thunder’s Winning Streak

After the match between the Thunder and the Warriors, Enes Kanter was on the hot seat in Twitter despite his short play. He had a total of three minutes and didn't even score during the game. He was definitely on the top list of trending people for the night.

Here's what happened. The Warriors were up for 29 first half points and you would think it's the time where the team would stay quiet, but not for Enes Kanter. Kanter got into a pretty heated exchange with an ex-teammate Kevin Durant nearing the end of the second quarter. Kanter appeared to be trash-talking Durant from the bench and Durant was saying something back.

TNT cameras caught them in the act jawing each other for several moments. It was an intense moment just before Steven Adams, Kanter's teammate, intervened and told Kanter to knock it off. After the game, Durant expressed his thoughts in the post-game press conference where he mostly shrugged off the exchange. Now Warriors, Durant said, "I'm trying to focus on whoever's on the court. He's trying to talk to me from the sideline. But I'm sure he's going to put something on Twitter tonight."

In addition, Durant continued and said that there is "no ill will" towards anyone on the Thunder even after all the trash talk that took place during the game.

In the end, Kevin Durant had a score of 39 points on the game and the Warriors won with a 122-96 over the Thunder. Meanwhile, Westbrook apparently took a note of everything and said, "The Warriors were doing a lot of trash talking. Apparently, I guess they talk a lot of trash now. We'll see how that goes. But we'll get ready for the next game, man. It's one game, one loss for us. We'll move on, get ready for the next one."

What do you think about the heated-exchange? What do you think will happen next? Tell us all about it and comment below!
