‘Scorpion’ Season 3 Episode 7 [AIR DATE, SPOILERS]: Team Scorpion Deals With Possible US Presidential Election Sabotage; Paige’s Mom Wanting ‘Waige’ Romance?

As the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election looms, some American television shows may air an episode about this historical event and "Scorpion" season 3 episode 7 is one of those series. The show's upcoming episode that will air this week will reportedly tackle a case in connection with the elections.

In "Scorpion" season 3 episode 7 titled, "We're Going to Need a Bigger Vote," CarterMatt revealed that Team Scorpion was enlisted for a case amid the events of the Presidential election. The team has to ensure that the election will push through despite the potential threat of a sabotage.

"On Election Day, as democracy hangs in the balance, Team Scorpion is called on when someone tries to throw the U.S. presidential election into chaos," the synopsis of "Scorpion" season 3 episode 7 read, as per Spoilers Guide. Furthermore, the episode's promotional video also hinted Tim (Scott Porter), Walter's (Elyes Gable) rival in winning back Paige (Katharine McPhee), getting into trouble.

Speaking of the Walter-Paige-Tim love triangle, fans will also get to see an "awkward encounter" between the trio in "Scorpion" season 3 episode 7. According to Spoilers Guide, Tim asks Paige if she could meet his parents while they are visiting Los Angeles for a couple of days.

Paige, on the other hand, agreed to meet Tim's parents however, Team Scorpion discourages her from going. What's more interesting in "Scorpion" season 3 episode 7 is the fact that Walter is picking up Paige's side, telling the team to leave Paige alone and respect her decision to spend time with Tim's parents.

Even though latest "Scorpion" season 3 episode 7 spoiler updates suggest that Paige and Tim's relationship is taking a serious turn, TVLine reported that Paige's mother, Veronica (Lea Thompson), might intervene. With Veronica's intervention, Walter may have found an ally as she reportedly likes him while she hates Tim. She even offered Walter a piece of advice that could help him in wooing Paige.
