‘Outlander’ Season 3 Spoilers: More Of Claire And Frank, But Balfe Teases Bed Scene Between Jamie And Claire

The upcoming season 3 of "Outlander" will further explore the love story of Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and her current husband, Frank (Tobias Menzies). Apparently, Diana Gabaldon, the author of the book version titled "Voyager," has seen the first four episodes of the new season of "Outlander" and has revealed to TV Guide that the TV series will highlight this time period featuring the love story, which was not discussed in season 2, when "Outlander" returns for season 3. What will happen now with the love story of Jamie Fraser (played by Sam Heughan) and Claire?

Gabaldon further vouched how the TV series has done a great job in exploring this arc of Claire and Frank in the new season of "Outlander." Also, the author teased that although the TV series has not followed the book version, fans will still get to see the same book arc of Jamie at the start of season 3 of "Outlander," where he has a showdown with Black Jack, his nemesis.

Gabaldon mentioned that similar with the book, a lot of stuff related to Jamie will be featured at the start of the TV series, which were taken directly from the book. The author further teased that fans will obviously recognize it.

Meanwhile, although the previous season finale of "Outlander" has featured the split of Claire and Jamie, their fans need not worry about their beloved couple as the new season will also feature the intimacy of the two characters, when the two reunites again in season 3 of "Outlander."

In an interview with Vanity Fair, Balfe revealed the reunion of Jamie and Claire will be something special. Fans will just have to wait a little bit as the couple will not reunite in the first few episodes of "Outlander" season 3. Balfe dropped this spoiler when she was asked if there will be no more "sex" scenes for season 3 of "Outlander." Was the actress hinting on the possible intimate bed scene when Jamie and Claire reunite in "Outlander" season 3?
