'Stranger Things' Season 2 News & Update: Cast And Crew Have Started Filming; Production Has Begun!

Netflix sci-fi and horror tv series, "Stranger Things" are set for production for its second season, after gaining a lot of positive feedback and good ratings since the release of its pilot episode.

Coming soon website reports that season 2 will bring back the whole cast of the first season including some new faces. A tweet from the official account of "Stranger Things" it said upside down, "back in production, see you next year. #strangerthings."

The new additions to the cast include Sadie Sink and Dacre Montgomery. The same article says that Sink's role will be a suspicious tomboy while Montgomery will play as her older step-brother.

Season 1 regulars will come back with actors Joe Kerry (who stars as Steve Harrington) and Noah Schnapp (who played as Will Byers). A surprise return for the second season is Millie Bobby Brown who plays Eleven. However, in the photo posted on the same tweet, Barba Holland played by Shannon Purser is a notable absence. The creators of the series, Matt and Ross Duffer said that they will give justice to the said character as mentioned in Mirror.co.uk website.

Writers of the series have sent out a tweet, bringing entertainment and excitement for the upcoming season saying that the filming of the entire next season will be rotated 180 degrees. Fans hope this isn't true as not to get motion sick, but, either way, the latest update on the second season has sent all of their fans wild.
