George Clooney has been awarded twice as People's Sexiest Man Alive. It's no joke to stay fit and healthy under the meticulous eyes of Hollywood. The actor/director/philanthropist was thought to be a lifelong bachelor before surprising everyone with his marriage to lawyer-activist Amal Alamuddin in 2014.

George Clooney, known prankster to fellow actors and actresses, is also known for his love of Mexican and Italian food. The actor is usually seen partaking such food like spicy fish tacos, hotdogs, pasta, among others. So, it comes to no surprise that after his wedding, the 53-year-old actor then gained weight.

In order slim down and return to a healthy lifestyle, George Clooney's wife, Amal nee Alamuddin Clooney, devised a healthy eating plan. According to sources, there are five rules to the eating plan that George Clooney follows. These rules include no alcohol, no fatty foods, and less dairy products.

Adding to the eating plan, George Clooney also follows a fitness routine. As an actor, George Clooney takes on roles that need him to be in a certain state of fitness. Maintaining the fitness level even after his acting jobs are done is quite a feat. In order to maintain his weight and boost his overall fitness, George Clooney does Bikram Yoga or Hot Yoga.

George Clooney is also said to use a high-end Italian made fitness equipment called Technogym. Technogym is a workout machine that allows to more than 200 resistance-based exercises for a total body workout. It is said to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.
