'How To Get Away With Murder' Season 3 Spoilers: Nate Or Frank Dead Under The Sheet? Survival Of The Fittest 'HTGAWM' Character

"How To Get Away With Murder" Season 3 left a lesser choice as to who the man under the sheet is--it's either Nate or Frank. One episode before the big reveal, Parent Herald weighs on the character most likely to be the next dead person in the award-winning Shonda Rhimes-produced series on ABC.

Annalise Keating's assistant, Frank, could be less likely to die in "HTGAWM." Frank is such a big character in the series starting from its inaugural season, and losing him might not be the best thing to consider so far. The former mustachio has been a key character--doing favors for his boss, including other people, as what he has done for Annalise's late husband, Sam, in killing Lila Stangard.

Cutting Frank in the series would be a big loss for "HTGAWM" plot line, and most especially, for "How To Get Away With Murder" fans. Since its 2014 premiere, Charlie Weber has formed a huge wave of Frank-obsessed fans ever since he was introduced as the bearded secretary to Annalise in "How To Get Away With Murder" Season 1 up until he revolted against his boss in "How To Get Away With Murder" Season 3.

Speculations that Frank may bid goodbye in "How To Get Away With Murder" Season 3 Episode 9 spurred when he was seen to come back in the latest "HTGAWM" promo. He is seen to be visiting his former boss at the Keating residence, which will eventually be razed, and where the dead person will be recovered.

Meanwhile, Nate could possibly be the dead person even though he has been an important person for Annalise. Truth be told, while the detective has been a series regular, his character does not really advance the plot line. Billy Brown's Nate has been a passive character for "HTGAWM," although he had to be lauded for his resiliency in all of his girlfriend's lies and games.

As previously reported by Parent Herald, a spoiler revealed that Nate could be the dead person as he will also head to Annalise's house. The couple will fight over A.D.A. Atwood and this scuffle will reportedly lead to the Keating Office's eventual fire.

Based on Annalise's reaction during the premiere of "How To Get Away With Murder" Season 3, the dead person could be someone close to Annalise's heart. Either of the two--Frank and Nate--could be this, since both characters have proved to be important for the criminal defense lawyer.

But remember how the plot was twisted in "How To Get Away With Murder" Season 2? Annalise, after all, was the one behind her close-to-death encounter. This shocking twist could happen again, considering Shonda Rhimes' ingenious mind. What if no one is really dead after all?

In an unpredictable twist of events, that may happen but highly unlikely, as Karla Souza teased that they will miss an important "HTGAWM" cast member as he gets cut off the series. Parent Herald also previously reported that this season's dead person will make everyone "scream" and possibly "break" their TV sets.
