Troian Bellisario, known for her role in "Pretty Little Liars," shocked the world when she admits her fatal battle with anorexia, which she dealt with for years. The "Pretty Little Liars" star said that she began to have eating problems back in her junior years, despite being a "happy, carefree kid."

"If I had been just sort of shunned to the side as not having real problems, I don't know that I would be living today," she said. "With anorexia a lot of it is about presenting a front of 'everything is OK' as you're slowly killing yourself."

She further revealed that her being a "happy, carefree kid" was gone, and she suddenly realized her inability to communicate with people and to keep herself healthy.

Back when she was campaigning for Hillary Clinton, Troian Bellisario said in a video ad that she is a strong advocate for health care. The ad states that one in every five Americans is suffering from mental health. The shocking news is that 57 percent of adults do not get the proper treatment for mental illness.

"I just want to make sure that everybody has the same opportunity for treatment that I have and I think that we have to make sure that our government invests in those programs," the "Pretty Little Liars" actress said.

Meanwhile, "Pretty Little Liars" is still being talked about due to the much-anticipated conclusion. "Pretty Little Liars" producer Marlene King made sure that the show is still in its hype when she posted on Instagram a hint of the finale episode.

King posted a photo of Alison's blackboard, which may have hinted at a sad ending of "Pretty Little Liars." The quote reads, "There are no happy endings. Endings are the saddest part. So just give me a happy middle and a very happy start."

It was previously rumored that the season finale of "Pretty Little Liars" will be a happy one since actor Ian Harding posted a photo of Lucy Hale, which may have hinted at a wedding dress. The "Pretty Little Liars" cast member's dress was seen being hidden from Ian's huge jacket.

This further speculated fans that Ariana and Ezra may be getting married in the seventh season of "Pretty Little Liars." However, this has yet to be proven true.
