'Pokémon' Game Lovers Can Install Super Nintendo (MeSNEmu) On iOS 10 Without Jailbreak

Game lovers can now install Super Nintendo on their iPhones or iPads working on iOS 10 operating system without jailbreak. Reportedly, iPhone or iPad users can install a code called MeSNEmu developed by Lucas Menge without an iOS jailbreak.

People who love Nintendo games like "Pokemon," "Super Mario Kart," etc., can now enjoy them on their Apple devices without jailbreaking. Menge, a lover of Super Nintendo developed it for his iOS device, which led him to develop MeSNEmu - helpful to all iPhones, iPads and iPod Touch. Steps to install MeSNEmu in iOS devices are mentioned below.

Four simple steps need to be followed to install MeSNEmu in iOS devices. First, the user has to open Safari browser, then visit www.iosem.us/app/install/mesnemu.html. Next, click the button in the top right corner of the page to install Super Nintendo Emulator. Finally, the user will be asked for confirmation, tap install again.

According to a report by Geek Says, these steps will help in installing Super Nintendo emulator, but the link to install MeSNEmu is not being maintained by the original author of the emulator. Only the next steps will help in proceeding with a registered developer's account.

To install Super Nintendo emulator on iPhones and iPads running on iOS 10 using Xcode, the first step will be to download source code of MeSNEmu from Github and launch Xcode on Mac/PC. The second step is to open MeSNEmu xcodeproj. Third, change the Code Signing Identity, which will be found in Build Settings.

Finally, select your device in Scheme Selector > Choose Product > Profile > Deploy. Now, click to open MeSNEmu. The Super Nintendo emulator should show only the header and a Settings button in the top right corner. Users can install ROMs via iTunes and load them. To be legally and ethically safe, the user can use game data files that are his/her own property.
