It seems that the female children of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are getting married sooner than they expected because days after Jinger Duggar said "I do" to Jeremy Vuolo, it has been reported that Joy-Anna Duggar has entered into courtship. Entertainment Tonight reported that Joy-Anna Duggar announced via a video addressed to their fans that her "friend" is named Austin Forsyth. Austin said that he just asked her to enter into a courtship with him and Joy-Anna Duggar said that she agreed. The video was shown during the airing of the TLC special "Counting On: Jinger's Wedding."

It seems that the parents of Joy-Anna Duggar are also in favor of Austin as they uploaded a video on their blog supporting the courtship. Jim Bob Duggar first congratulated the two on the new courtship and Michelle Duggar added, "We're really excited for you, Joy. We're so thankful for Austin, he is a great guy. We're excited for the future for what God has in store for you guys."

More on Austin, US Weekly reported that he has been friends with Joy-Anna Duggar for nearly 15 years now. Accordingly, Austin took Joy-Anna Duggar to an outdoor area where they spent time together with their other friends. He said that the last time they were there was on August 1, 2015, and that he thinks the area was really special. The family of Austin also owns a Christian camp called Fort Rock Christian Family Camp and Retreat Center in Combs, Arkansas. His parents are Terry and Roxanne Forsyth.

Austin is also not new to reality TV as he was part of the season 1 of "World's Strictest Parents" back in 2009. He is also said to be three years older than Joy-Anna Duggar.
