‘La Vida Loca’ Singer Ricky Martin Announces Engagement To Jwan Yosef; Kicks Off World Tour In Panama City

"La Vida Loca" singer Ricky Martin is officially engaged to Syrian painter Jwan Yosef. The 44-year-old former "Menudo" band member publicly announced this development at "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Wednesday.

The Daily Mail reports that "La Vida Loca" singer Ricky Martin proudly showed off his engagement band on the Ellen's morning show. Obviously smitten, Martin's relationship with Yosef was made known to the public in late March. By April 15, the painter and "La Vida Loca" singer Ricky Martin were already posing at red carpet events.

Yosef is a 32-year-old Syrian-born artist who was raised in Sweden. He is a master at making conceptual paintings - something the Puerto Rican pop star adored. Yosef graduated from Central Saint Martins and is currently holding an exhibit in Sweden. He is said to be excited to become stepdad to "La Vida Loca" singer Ricky Martin's twin sons Matteo and Valentino. The boys are 8 years old, reports said.

But that's not all the good news from "La Vida Loca" singer Ricky Martin. His other big announcement was that he will be a series of concerts in Las Vegas. "I'm going to be in Vegas! I have a residency in Vegas!" the handsome tenor exclaimed.

The venue is no less than the extravagant Park Theater inside the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino. This newly-renovated theater has a 5,200 seating capacity. In addition, "La Vida Loca" singer Ricky Martin is slated to kick off his "One World Tour" at the Figali Convention Center in Panama City.
