 Fans are in for an early Christmas treat as "The Last Guardian" will be out by December 6 this year. In a recent interview with Digital Trends, "The Last Guadian" creator said, "It hasn't really sunk in yet with the fact that we're done. It's still with me. I have that lingering feeling. Because we worked on it for so long, I will say that it's a bit sort of sad that it's over, and that, you know, we're not going to be actively working on it anymore. But at the same time, I am definitely relieved that we have been able to finish it, and now it's going to be in everyone's hands soon."

 Players are very much excited about the release date of the "The Last Guardian" as they have waited for this for almost a decade. There were even some speculations that this will never push through given that it has been "in development" for a quite long time.

With the minimalist and spare style of storytelling in Ueda's previous games, "Ico" and "Shadow of Colossus," the team has gathered a loyal fan base.
