It will be just a few hours away until "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 airs its final episode. Before that, here are scenes that avid fans should anticipate.

Promos of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 finale episode promises "nothin' but bombshells, as the show promotes it. Kevin McKidd, who plays the role of Dr. Owen Hunt, revealed to TV Line that his relationship with Nathan is "starting to thaw."

"They're not fully friends again yet, but after the episode where they were with the baby [Harriet] together and that kinda stuff, they've just naturally started to reignite that friendship," he said to TV Line as a spoiler to the "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 finale episode.

It will be also a painful goodbye for Alex and Jo after going through with their legal drama. Dr. Alex Karev and Dr. Jo Wilson is about to face each other and bid their goodbyes in an emotional scene. In the previous season of "Grey's Anatomy," the duo got into a legal drama after Alex saw Dr. Andrew DeLuca on an awkward position with Jo while the latter was drunk.

Alex beat Andrew, which led to Jo testifying against her ex- boyfriend. Even if Alex tries to avoid talking about what happened between the three of them, he is seen in the finale episode of "Grey's Anatomy" apologizing to Jo for what he has done.

"After tomorrow, we might not get a chance to talk. I might not see you after," Alex says in People's exclusive clip of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 finale episode exclusively shown on People. "I just wanted to say I'm sorry."
