Latest NBA Trade Rumors: Milwaukee Bucks' Greg Monroe Heading To Boston Celtics In Exchange For 3 Players! [DETAILS HERE]

Rebuilding stage may be in the process for the Milwaukee Bucks as their young power forward-center, Greg Monroe, may be headed to the Boston Celtics in exchange for three players.

The Milwaukee Bucks have been a flop for the past season after a strong run to the playoffs during the 2014-2015 NBA season. Unfortunately, their winning woes from last year's struggle have continued on early this season with just six wins in 13 matches.

Because of the disappointing start, the team may need to hit the restart button, let go of some assets and get ready to tank. One of the players that have been involved in the trading block is their big man, Greg Monroe.

According to reports, the promising young player, Monroe will move to the Celtics for Amir Johnson, Jonas Jerebko and James Young. The five-year player, Monroe was rumored to be having problems fitting in Jason Kidd's system. Monroe is currently averaging 9.0 points, 6.7 rebounds and 0.5 blocks per matchup.

The trade proposal will be a big boost for the Celtics as the team is in dire need of an efficient big man in the post. Monroe's presence in the team can improve the rebounding and defensive concerns of the Celtics. With his addition, Monroe may be the answer to the team's problems.

Monroe's inside presence can place Al Horford to his more comfortable position being a power forward. However, it has to be seen whether Monroe and the All-Star power forward will perfectly fit for one another. For the Bucks, Amir Johnson will replace Monroe's position, while Jerebko and Young will both come off the bench.

On other reports, Milwaukee Bucks head coach, Jason Kidd do not appear to include Monroe in the future plans of the trading options. However, putting John Henson as starting center and Miles Plumlee as his backup seem to hint that the Bucks and its management is ready to move forward without Monroe.

There are other teams that show interest to Monroe with Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Pelicans and Charlotte Hornets being in the line. Although there are no reports that confirm the possible trade, these rumors will remain in the news for a while. Fans of the NBA league will have to see whether the Milwaukee Bucks finally trade their big man to other teams.
