Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2016 News & Update: Adriana Lima On Boxing To Stay Fit But Not On A Diet?

Adriana Lima, a 35-year-old mother of two is prepping for her 16^th Victoria's Secret Fashion show. She will be walking in the highly anticipated event a week from now with tough preparation in addition to her already healthy diet.

The Victoria's Secret Angel told Daily Mail Online that she changed her food but not her diet. She said that as a mom, she wanted to be an example for her children by eating balanced and healthy foods.

The Victoria's Secret Angel insisted that she did not make any drastic changes to her diet. Adriana Lima assured us that she is always ready and she hasn't changed anything since last year. Although Adriana is a veteran when it comes to modeling for Victoria's Secret, she admits that it can still be nerve-wracking since she has to be at her best that time.

Adriana Lima proved that she can also be an angel in the gym aside from gracing the runway as one of Victoria's Secret Angels. Adriana showed off her tough boxing workouts Aerospace High Performance Center on Monday. She is focusing on toning different body parts each year.

Adriana Lima was inspired to do boxing because she was inspired by how much discipline the boxers put into it. Boxers have to go to the gym every day, avoid some foods, stay healthy and everything. She made a good statement that is worth to remember "you really have to be strong in your mind to put that much work into your life."

Adriana Lima mentioned some of the best boxers in the world as her inspiration, Muhammad Ali and Manny Pacquiao. The model is actually an avid boxer! Aerospace co-founder Michael Olajide is Adriana's trainer.

Meanwhile, Adriana Lima said that her daughters, Valentina, seven, and Sienna, four, knows that their mom is a model. They are also aware of Victoria's Secret, and the annual show.

Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid who made their debut last year will join Adriana Lima on the upcoming fashion show. Billboard confirmed that Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars and the Weeknd will perform on the said event.

The mommy of two children seems to be taking it all in her journey as she firmly keeps the top spot as the queen bee of Victoria's Secret Angel for another year.
