Health can be affected by multi-factors - food/nutrition, exercises/inactivity, stress, sleep patterns, social support system, even environmental and genetics.

It's very awesome to think that all of your knowledge about a healthy way of living but some of them are falling to be one of those who is paralyze due to over-thinking. In our daily lives we do many things like Reading, analyze, thinking of something that as deep as the ocean but those things haven't come yet, and we've never experienced them according to a news article on care2.

1. Drink plenty of water

                    According to the food pyramid, 8 glasses of water must be drunk by a person, but many disapprove in that statement, but to the Mayo Clinic, that number is a natural average for us to remember. Water is essential to our lives, and it is something that you cannot live without.

2. Eat colorful Fruits and Vegetables

                    Fruits and vegetables are the best to eat when you are on a diet so when your plate is full of fruits and vegetables that are colorful it can help you to eat more of these.

3. Choosing the Right Food

                    When you eat something, it undergoes a process and distributes the nutrients to the different parts of our body that your food contains so we must be careful in choosing the right food.

4. Come on let's do it!

                    Breast cancer, Colon cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke can minimize the risk by doing some exercise, and that is according to a study in British Medical. Exercise can be done in a week, and it is recommended that a minimum of 2 hours and 30 minutes when you are doing some exercise.

5. Time to sleep

                    As we are living in the modernized world, many of us takes more time in using their gadgets and sleep less during sleeping hours. Which is a bad habit those studies are from the University of California in the year 2016? So when it's time to sleep then take a rest.

6. Check it out!

7. A Good Example

                    Being healthy doesn't just deal with our physical aspects but also we need to improve our mental well-being and helping others is one of the best examples for this. A healthy mind leads to a healthy life.

8. Breaking out

                    Stressed? Take a break try to do things that you feel you're comfortable at like Yoga, meditation, music, hanging out, walking in the park and much more so that it will help you to improve your health and lessen the stress you feel and to keep on going. Life is too short so enjoy it!

9. Gratitude

                    Showing gratitude for every blessing that will come into your live will helps you to become healthy because Happiness decreases your depression and discouragements in life and it is something that no one can buy. Be Happy!

10. Laughter is the Best Medicine

Depression, constraints, stress, pain and many more, these things makes our day so bad, making us so down and unable to smile even just for a second but one way to improve our health is to laugh with a reason in laughing or smile to throw away the bad vibes and take the right vibes with you. Smiling improves our blood circulation and helps our muscles to relax and also to for us to be immune J
