Kanye West Mental Health News And Updates: Lady Gaga Tweets Support For Rapper, Praises Him For Courage And Bravery

Kanye West was hospitalized recently after he voluntarily admitted himself to a Los Angeles hospital due to his mental health as per the advice of his doctor. His co-artist, Lady Gaga, tweeted her support for the rapper and father-of-two noting that he was very brave and courageous for canceling the rest of his Saint Pablo tour in order to focus on his well-being.

Lady Gaga and Kanye West are not the best of friends as they have had a beef in the past but the "Poker Face" songstress seemingly put the past behind her in order to wish the rapper nothing but the best. The 30-year-old pop star's full tweet reads: "While I don't agree with everything he does I hope the public shows compassion and (heart emoji) for @kanyewest and each other. One love. One Race."

She continued to say that it is not funny to joke about the possible mental illness of anyone as it is a sensitive matter for many people. She encouraged everyone to be kind and loving, Billboard reported.

Lady Gaga followed it up with another tweet saying that she supports and loves Kanye West, whom she referred to as her brother. She added that she sees bravery and courage in Kanye West for stopping his concert to take care of himself. Lady Gaga concluded her tweet for Kanye West saying that he is a great artist, E! News reported.

Kanye West has reportedly been very exhausted as of late and has been experiencing a spiritual attack. A source claims that Kanye West's mother's death, which also took place on November year ago, might have bene a contributing factor as to why he has been sad and has been exhausted. Also, the Paris robbery of his wife Kim Kardashian was another reason as well as his schedule regarding his Saint Pablo tour, his fashion designs, and other projects.

Lady Gaga and Kanye West did not have a good relationship in the past. Back in 2009, the two announced that they were collaborating. However, Kanye West's infamous moment during the 2009 Video Music Awards, when he took the microphone from Taylor Swift while she was giving her acceptance speech, became a problem between him and Lady Gaga.
