'Gilmore Girls' Last Four Words That Left Fans In Shock

After a long wait, "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" finally premiered on Friday, Nov. 25 on Netflix.

Fans of the show have been waiting for months ever since it was announced that Netflix and Warner Bros. struck a deal to revive the beloved American sitcom classic. And now that it's here, viewers finally found out the last four words of the show after being left in the dark for many years.

WARNING! Spoilers ahead! Scroll down at your own risk!

The four-episode revival ended with a scene between Lorelei (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel), who is currently single after she received a break-up text from a guy named Paul. The mother and daughter duo are enjoying some champagne in the gazebo the morning after Lorelei's marriage to Luke.

In the fourth episode's final moments, Rory tells her mother: "Mom?" Lorelei replies: "Yeah?" Rory then proceeds to drop a bombshell: "I'm pregnant."

And there it is! Rory Gilmore is pregnant! And the father of her baby? Still unknown as of this time. But fans will no doubt throw their bets on a long time love interest Logan (Matt Czuchry), Jess (Milo Ventimiglia) and Paul (Jack Carpenter).

Whether or not fans of the show will find out who the baby daddy remains up in the air, as Netflix has yet to decide whether or not to give "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" another season order, according to E! Online.

The last four words of "Gilmore Girls" was 10 years in the making. In a previous interview back in 2006, series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino already knew what the last four words of the show were. Although she was not involved in the final season of the show, she took part in the revival, giving her the opportunity to end the show the way she intended it to, according to Just Jared.
