Lady Gaga Engagement: Singer Opens Up About Taylor Kinney

Lady Gaga recently opened up about her relationship with former flame Taylor Kinney with Lee Cowan on "CBS Sunday Morning," which aired on Nov. 27.

The couple were engaged on Valentine's Day in 2015, but called time on their engagement last July. "I think women love very hard. We love men. We just love with everything we have," Gaga said, before adding that she is unsure whether the love for men is "met with the type of dignity" they hope would be met with.

The singer, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, implied that Kinney might have been weakened over the course of their five-year romance. "You know, we're not trying to make you less of a man," she said, according to CBS News. "We just want you to love us as deeply and as wholesomely and as fully as we love you."

During the interview, Gaga also discussed the negative aspects of fame. Despite already having countless awards and chart-topping singles and albums under her name, the Grammy award-winner admits that she misses talking to people and having conversations with them about life.

The "American Horror Story" star also feels that she's now a property of the whole world. "It's legal to follow me. It's legal to stalk me at the beach," she said, according to Us Weekly. And I can't call the police or ask them to leave. And I took a long, hard look at that property line, and I said, 'Well, if I can't be free out there, I can be free in [my heart].'"

Regardless of the heartaches and struggles she's going through, none of them has slowed her down. Just recently, Gaga released her fifth studio album "Joanne," which is now her fourth number one album overall. Additionally, she is set to headline the Super Bowl halftime show in February next year.
