‘Scream Queens’ Season 2, Episode 7 Spoilers: Zayday Killed? Hester Is The Third Green Meanie? [PROMO]

The identity of the Green Meanie was finally revealed on "Scream Queens" -- at least to the viewers and to Nurse Hoffel (Kirstie Alley). Zayday (Keke Palmer), however, is close to finding out about Dr. Cassidy Cascade's (Taylor Lautner) serial killer persona, and this fired up speculations about her impending doom.

This week's "Scream Queens" episode titled "The Hand" will address whether the Green Meanie would succeed in eliminating one of the thorns in his way and that's Zayday. Nurse Hoffel was the one who warned Cassidy about Zayday uncovering his identity, pushing him to decide that Zayday will be the one he will kill next.

Cassidy, however, admitted that Zayday scares him a little. With this, Nurse Hoffel suggested that she'll be the brains in their team-up, while Cassidy remains as the muscle.

Dr. Brock Holt's (John Stamos) hand, meanwhile, continues to get out of control, displaying an aggressive personality that seems to worsen as time goes by, according to SpoilerTV. Dean Munsch's (Jamie Lee Curtis) will pitch a risky surgery to Brock despite his affliction to score positive press for the hospital. Also, Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd) forces Cassidy to "undergo a psych test to find the root of his condition with surprising results."

Cassidy said that he isn't the sole responsible for the killings in the hospital. He accused Nurse Hoffel of carrying out the murders, but she was adamant in saying that no, she didn't do it. This means that there's another murderer on the loose on "Scream Queens" Season 2.

Episode eight of "Scream Queens" Season 2 titled "Rapunzel, Rapunzel" will feature a man from Munsch's life returning to rekindle their relationship, SpoilerTV reported. This pushes Brock to doubt his relationship with Chanel (Emma Roberts). "Rapunzel, Rapunzel" airs on Tuesday, Dec. 6.
