Game of Thrones' Season 6 Cast News: Maisie Williams Admits First Sex Scene's Filming Was 'Very Awkward'

When she's not busy on "Game of Thrones" Maisie Williams, 18, who plays the tomboyish Arya Stark in the HBO series, is dabbling in other projects. One of which is the indie film "The Falling," where the actress just finished filming the very first sex film of her career.

"It was extremely awkward! But [co-star] Joe [Cole] was very sensitive to the fact that I had never done a scene like this before, and it was great to work with someone who was so considerate of that," Williams told Vulture of her experience while shooting a scene where her character loses her virginity.

"We went out for a couple of lunches and stuff just to get to know each other, and we had days of rehearsal where we'd get to know our characters and spend a couple of hours with each other. So I knew him quite well, and we got along quite well. It all paid off in the end," she told the news outlet.

"The Falling" is set in a 1960s all-girls school, according to People Magazine. The movie will be available via video on the demand (V.O.D.) in America.

She also shared that she bonded quite well with the other actresses in the movie. "We were sharing rooms and sharing beds, and we'd have heart-to-heart talks all the time," she proceeded to tell Vulture.

Asked about her role in the movie, the young star quips that she was drawn to her character, Lydia because it is so different from Arya.

In between filming "The Falling," Maisie also had a one-episode guest stint on the U.K. hit series "Doctor Who." Just like other viewers of her other hit series, some of the cast wanted to talk "Game of Thrones" spoilers with her.

However, Maisie is already back on the set of the critically-acclaimed fantasy series these days and was recently seen immersing herself in cold water in the river in Northern Ireland, according to Mail Online

While filming, Maisie pretended to be wailing in distress. It should be recalled that at the end of last season, her character became blind as a form of punishment for killing SerMerynTrant.

The fate of Arya is still uncertain, but judging by the latest paparazzi captures of the "Game of Thrones" filming last Monday, it looks like Arya is struggling big time.

On her Instagram account a few days ago, the actress also shared a photo of her getting eye treatments and said that it was an "aftermath of blind contacts.
