'Justice League' Movie Update: Jamie Dornan of ‘Fifty Shades’ Is The New 'Green Lantern'

Jamie Dornan surely rose to fame after starring in the movie adaptation of E.L. James novel, "Fifty Shades of Grey." Aside from his effective portrayal as billionaire bachelor, Christian Grey; his stellar performance as a serial killer, Paul Spector in the series, "The Fall" was also memorable. Yet success seems unstoppable for the Irish actor as he is also rumored to be the part of the upcoming film, "Justice League" as the new Green Lantern.

The "Justice League" movie that is set to come out in Nov. 2017 is one of the most awaited movies since it will bring together popular superhero characters such as Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and The Flash. Apparently, the huge casting is bound to get even bigger with the recent buzz that Green Lantern will also be part of the dream team of "Justice League" according to Cosmic BookNews. Moreover, the role that was once given to Ryan Reynolds is reportedly being offered now to Jamie Dornan.

The same Cosmic article also notes that Warner Bros. is trying to get Jamie Dornan's approval for the role. If ever Jamie will agree to play the role, then it would mean that he will also star in the "Green Lantern" movie that is set for 2020. While there are doubts that Dornan will say no to the role since he is already committed to the "Fifty Shades Trilogy," it is also very possible for him to accept the role since the role in the "Justice League" will just be a cameo and the full "Green Lantern" movie will be shown four years from now.

The "Justice League" movie will star Ben Affleck (Batman), Gal Gadot ( Wonder Woman), Henry Cavill (Superman), and Jason Momoa ( Aquaman).
