'Luke Cage' Season 2 News & Latest Updates, Air Date: Netflix Series Cast Converging At Pop’s Barbershop Again?

"Luke Cage" Season 2 is not such a gray area with Pop's Barbershop, lead Carl Lucas' (Mike Colter) place of work, recently spotted getting ready for business in Harlem once more. The Harlem headquarters for Luke Cage and his allies was last seen in tatters in Season 1 after a nasty shoot out, which involved Mariah Dillard (Alfre Woodard), Shades Alvarez (Theo Rossi) and Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson).

The Harlem Patch reports sighting of the Luke Cage hang out for the Marvel adaptation on Netflix. Citing entry in Harlem Bespoke, the media outlet reports that signs of life are coming into Pop's Barbershop at Lenox Avenue.

 Both reports, however, qualified that preparations of Pop's Barbershop may as much be for "Luke Cage" Season 2 as it could be for the new Marvel, Netflix collaboration "The Defenders." Harlem Patch suggests that Marvel fans also could also check out the different locations used in filming "Luke Cage," including Chinese diner Genghis Connie's at the corner of Broadway.

Marvel and Netflix are certainly on a busy track, not just with the inevitability of "Luke Cage" Season 2, but also with mounting "Iron Fist" and "The Defenders." "Iron Fist" will be the last origin story to be released by Netflix, before Marvel superhero smorgasbord series "The Defenders" comes along.

"The Defenders" will not only bring in leads Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Daredevil (Charlie Cox) and Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter). The Punisher (Jon Berthal), Claire Temple and Misty Knight (Simone Missick) will also be around. As an aside, Misty Knight finally get her robotic arm, which was foreshadowed in "Luke Cage" Season 1 during Diamonback Stryker's (Erik LaRay Harvey) hostage crisis?
