'Doom' Latest News and Update: New Features Added to Multiplayer Mode, Bot Support, Infernal Run and Many More!

The newest update for "Doom" has been launched and it includes numerous new features on its multiplayer mode. It added Bot support to add excitement to its multiplayer game mode.

Bot support has been added to the game according to Gamespot. Players could experience how to play against AI controlled enemies. Bot support is compatible on some complex game modes, deathmatch and team deathmatch.

There is also limit in playing on the original slate of multiplayer maps. Infernal Run is the new multiplayer mode that is included in the Update 5. "Doom" is similar to the Uplink mode of "Call of Duty". 

In "Doom", there are two competing teams. Both teams must hold onto a ball or an eyeball that will produce a gross noise. Players must throw the ball and carry this on the enemy's goal.

In the new update, there is an increase in "Doom's" level cap. Players can attain Echelon 11 and will be rewarded with a "Doom" marine armor. Players can find this armor in SnapMap.

Lazarus Lab modules and other improvements are also included. The game is offering double XP to be awarded to all the gamers until Dec. 12, 2016 at 9 a.m. PT or 12 p.m. ET.

However, on Dec. 15, 2016, the id Software will launch the third final DLC pack and it will feature three new maps and a Spectre Pinky demon that has a skill of turning into an invisible.

"Doom" Update 5 Patch Notes will feature Infernal Run in the multiplayer mode. The publisher of "Doom" is Bethesda and the developer of the game is id Software. According to Venture Beat, "Doom" is already is an excellent Sci-fi shooter game.  The double XP offer will rack up extra points for players that started on Dec. 7, 2016.
