'Battlefield 1' Free DLC Coming Before Christmas; Introducing New Historical Map And Weapon With Unique Features

"Battlefield 1" just arrive 2 months ago and EA Dice just rolled a couple of updates and patches after the release. As of the moment, EA Dice is about to release a new DLC containing new weapons and an awesome multiplayer map.

"Battlefield 1" will be releasing a new patch this December, the Game Radar reported. The upcoming DLC contains new killer weapons and an all-new multiplayer map, which will mark as the 10th multiplayer map.

EA Dice just released a new trailer for the incoming "Battlefield 1" multiplayer map, called the Giant's Shadow. The Giant's Shadow was reportedly inspired by the Battle of the Selle, in which occurred during the offensive battles of the West, where the Germany was being pushed away from France, the Game Rant said.

The Giant's Shadow features an armed train, making this awesome map more dynamic and more appealing. Historically, it has been said that New Zealand, Canada and the UK joined forces to beat Germany and was eventually forced to leave.

Along with this historical map, a new weapon will be introduced for those who love playing support, the grenade Crossbow. This new weapon has a unique feature, players can choose to load either a frag grenade or high-explosive grenade, this means players can use any of those they preferred, making you a Rambo-like battle machine.

The "Battlefield 1" DLC pack will be launching free for all on December 20th as part of the EA Dice's Christmas Celebration. The DLC can is accessed earlier than the 20th if you won a "Battlefield 1" Premium Pass, the DLC is also included for those who owned a pre-order copy of the "Battlefield 1."

As per the Gamespot, the first paid DLC expansion will be launched on March 2017 entitled They Shall Not Pass. The upcoming "Battlefield 1" DLC will be available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
