Statistics tell that women doctors are better at doing work than male doctors. Patients treated by women have fewer chances of dying; they don't have to visit the hospital again and again and the treatments are better as well.

Womens also have a more friendly relation with their patients and put more effort too. Still, people argue that because male doctors serve more time, they get paid more as females have to take care of the family etc too.

Male doctors earn $250,000 while females earn $163,000 per year. This is kind of discrimination as well, taking into account the quality of work done by the female doctors. As NBC News says this may seem like a small gap but it helps more than it seems.
