From Rumor To Myth, Rumored Suicide Squad Video Game Scrapped For New Batman, Rumored.

The rumored development of a very violent "Suicide Squad" video game was war said to have been canceled to make way for a new "Batman." Hints of the development of the unannounced game were making wave throughout the internet earlier this month.

WB Montreal was said to be the developer of the rumored video game version of Suicide Squad. Hints of the Suicide Squad game were discussed through an article by KOTAKU. The article states that hints were given thru "Batman: Arkham Origins" in the part where Amanda Waller approached Deathstroke that she has a job for him. In "Batman Arkham Origins: Blackgate" Amanda Waller was also overheard in certain cut scenes giving orders to government agents. Amanda Waller also approached Deadshot and praised Bronze Tiger for his abilities in one of the cut-scenes. Although this was just a theory based on the keen observation of gaming industry's brilliant correspondents.

One of the most convincing revelation was the one made by Geoff Johns DC Entertainment's Chief Creative Officer in an interview by Kotaku's Evan Narcisse. John states that he's very excited about a game in development stating that "we're working on Suicide Squad; it's in development right now, "I'm really super excited about it. Because of the concept, you have a game where any of the lead characters can conceivably die and it's not a stunt. Some really cool story could come out of that."

The rumored video game version of Suicide Squad could have been a breath of fresh air, since WB Studios may have already overused the Batman franchise. Suicide Squad's characters and their unique abilities may be something worth playing. Another thing is the location of the game, Gotham and Arkham are becoming redundant while the Suicide Squad can be sent to different countries or areas on the planet for a certain mission. But then again, the Batman franchise made the WB Games label known
