'Forza Motorsport 7' Announced Officially, But Not From Turn 10 Or Microsoft?

The seventh installment for the "Forza Motorsport" franchise has been announced and Fanatic CEO Thomas Jackermeier asked players what kind of features they want to have for the game.

It may be predictable that "Forza Motorsport" series will have its seventh game, but it has come as a surprise that the confirmation of "Forza Motorsport 7" has not been from Turn 10 or Microsoft but from the CEO of Fanatec, Thomas Jackermeier.

Jackermeier had dropped a question in on the Fanatec forum to know what new features the forum goers want for the "Forza Motorsport 7". He asked them if there were some improvement for the problems they encountered from FM6 specifically any wheel, pedal or shifter related issue.

The said post was then later updated by Jackermeier, adding more details about the FM7. The racing wheel feature with Turn 10 Studios for "Forza Motorsport 7" has been discussed in their meeting and it would likely turn up for the said game.

Gamespot reported that there will be a wheel guy who is responsible for the force feedback and the physics. With his car engineering background, familiarity with PC sim racing and being a racer in real life, he could implement the new feature better, giving the wheel a much more realistic feel.

Jackermeier also said that the current PC market is hugely dominated by wheel users and they will have to up their game to give the best games for wheel users. Gamingbolt noted that this update for "Forza Motorsport 7" would be a departure from the last preceding games of the series, since the force feedback of the wheel from "Forza Horizon 3" to "Forza Motorsport 6: Apex" is not really defined.

It is good news though Fanatec is working with Turn 10 Studios in order to ensure the gamers the quality of the next installment of the "Forza Motorsport" series.
