Jessie James, Eric Decker Share The First Photo Of Newborn Son

Country music artist and reality TV star Jessie James Decker introduced her new born son to the world by posting an adorable photo of the baby on social media. It looks like the little one will be following in the footsteps of his famous dad, New York Jets football player Eric Decker.

In the photo posted on Instagram, the baby is seen dressed in a cute football uniform with a knitted football cap to boot. The proud mother captioned this with, "Eric Thomas Decker II, Born in Castle Rock, CO, 9 lbs 20 ¼ inches. We are so overwhelmed with love and feeling so blessed to have him join our family."

On Friday, Sept. 4, the couple welcomed the birth of their new baby and it was Eric who told the world about the arrival via Twitter.

Thanks for all well wishes! Mama and baby boy are doing great!! Vivi is the sweetest big sister!

The couple's first child, Vivianne Rose or Vivi, was born 17 months ago, according to Just Jared.

Back in March, Jessie and Eric announced they were having another baby shortly after Jessie's bikini line was launched. "Vivianne is so excited because she is going to be a big sister! We are over the moon about having another baby!!!!" Jessie said, according to People Magazine.

The reality star also recalled how giving birth to her first baby devastated her when she was told she will need to undergo caesarean operation. "I was yelling and screaming at everyone. I wanted to have that special labor and moment of having a natural birth," the news outlet reported.

The second pregnancy was a different experience for the star though. "Vivianne kicked my butt—I was sick every day [but] this little guy is very gentle, he doesn't make me sick. He definitely doesn't wear me out as much as she did," Jessie said, according to US Weekly.

Since being pregnant with their second child, Jessie and Eric would often post her belly's growth on social media. In fact, on Aug. 31, or just days before their son popped into the world, Jessie posted a photo that shows just how much she's ready for the birth, "Mornin... Hard to sleep now and contractions are intense. Got my bag packed. Ready when you are baby boy,"

The stars of the reality show "Eric & Jessie: Game On" have been married since June 2013.
