Bethenny Frankel's Ex-Husband Turns Up At Daughter's School, Yells 'I Will Destroy You' To Reality Star; Jason Poppy Arrested

Bethenny Frankel and her former husband, Jason Hoppy, have been having a rough patch since they called their marriage off. according to the latest reports, the situation just hit rock bottom as he was arrested in a school run-in. The lawyer of Frankel said what Hoppy did was plain bullying and tormenting on the part of the reality TV star and his daughter.

The "Real Housewives of New York" star has been in the news for months regarding Hoppy, as she noted he has been harassing not only her but also her new boyfriend. A New York Police Department spokesman said Hoppy sent numerous emails and FaceTime calls to Frankel after a cease and desist letter was sent to him late last year, Fox News reported. Hoppy was charged with harassment and stalking due to the incidents.

In the incident at his daughter's school, Hoppy reportedly approached Frankel and her friend and was trying to provoke a fight. His exact words were, "I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you've been warned." Hoppy denied he did and said such, People reported.

The attorney of Frankel, Barry Zone, said the decision to report Hoppy's latest abusive behavior followed years of systematic bullying, harassment, stalking and torment daily. Zone continued to explain Hoppy's acts of mental and psychological abuse could fall under domestic violence.

The two were forced to live together even after they split as per the divorce proceedings and Frankel described it as tormenting and excruciating. The exes were married for two years but they had a tumultuous relationship due to the custody battle over their daughter.

Neither Frankel nor Hoppy have commented on what their child thinks or if she ever expressed her thoughts on what has been happening to her parents. The most common effects to children stemming from their parents' nasty divorce is rebelling or having psychological and mental health issues.

Hoppy's attorney claims he is saddened by the latest allegations of Frankel. The lawyer continued to say Hoppy's only concern now is his daughter.
