Oprah Winfrey Proud of Her 'Best Body'; Shows Off 26-Lbs. Weight Loss on O's Cover [SEE PIC]

Oprah Winfrey has been candid about her weight loss struggles. Now, the TV talk show host has found her "best body" and is fully embracing it. She proudly showed it off on the latest cover of O Magazine, together with nine other women, who, like Oprah, love their "best bodies."

According to a Yahoo report, the 62-year-old Winfrey said that, "With age comes the understanding and appreciation of your most important asset, your health." Winfrey has made it a point to get into the shape and form that she will love.

Winfrey owed her superb weight loss of 26 lbs. to Weight Watchers, whom she became a part owner of in October. The drop in weight was announced by Winfrey in January, giving women a better insight on how to most effectively approach weight loss. Along with her announcement of having shed off 26 lbs., she also said that she was still able to indulge in bread, which happens to be her favorite food.

On February, alongside other regular women, Oprah Winfrey showed off her "best body." She's proud and totally embracing the look that she considers her best.

In Today's report, Winfrey gave a statement in O Magazine saying, "It was my idea to share the cover with other women who are on the same journey that I am." Winfrey also said that, "My own struggles with the scale are well-known," and she further added, "I've never believed in hiding them. What I do believe in: strength in numbers."

Lucy Kaylin, editor in chief of O Magazine said, "Oprah absolutely feels that all the best things in life are shared." She also mentioned, "So this is really nothing new for her to want to get her arms around the experiences of other people."

Giving a lot of women hope, Winfrey said, "Gone, for me, are the days of wanting to be thin to fit into anything other than my best body and best life." Oprah Winfrey's weight loss certainly brought a huge change on how women should approach losing weight, allowing them to aim for their "best bodies" and not exactly to becoming "thin."
