"Teen Mom 2" News Update: Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith Custody Battle Coming to An End

Custody battles highly affect the child's mental health disposition, even the older ones. As of the latest update on "Teen Mom 2" Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith's divorce is now being sorted by the judge to make it easier for their son, Kaiser.

Radar reported that Jenner Evans and her baby daddy, Nathan Griffith is still stuck with a nasty custody battle. The ex-couple is facing the custody cases in two states over the previous months. As of the latest update, Jenelle Evans gained victory over her custody battle for Kaiser. She may have been victorious, but the judge granted her custody with a few conditions.

Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith were both granted joint custody for Kaiser, but the upside for Evens is the fact that she was granted more time with her son. The "Teen Mom 2" star was privileged by the judge, as majority of Kaiser's time will be spent with her.

The agreement was agreed upon by Jenelle and Nathan as both of them signed the papers. It may seem like a done deal, but the judge has not signed the papers yet. Everything is not yet final, but once everything will be agreed on, the time allotted for each parent and the scheduling will be provided by the state.

It may be hard for the parents to deal with the custody battle, but it is even harder for the child. It can greatly affect the child's mental state making him/her more anxious or even depressed. Mental Health America noted a few effects of custody battle on children. It was also noted that a child may show signs of guilt, shame, sadness and anxiety.

It is important for parents to make their child feel loved despite their personal differences as it can greatly affect the child's mental health. Custody itself is stressful for a child, how much more seeing his/her parents fighting in front of him/her.
