Following the release of "ARK: Survival Evolved" v738.0 Xbox One patch, Studio Wildcard continues to launch updates and server maintenance to improve its dino-themed action-adventure survival game. In fact, the game developer released a server maintenance on its Xbox One version on Friday, Jul. 8.

Considered as one of the most popular games on Stream, the full release of Studio Wildcard's "ARK: Survival Evolved" this holiday season has been highly anticipated. In order to attract more gamers, the game developers are continuously making efforts to live up to fans' expectations.

Studio Wildcard's 3-Hour Server Maintenance On 'ARK: Survival Evolved' Xbox One Version

Last week, Studio Wildcard performed a three-hour server maintenance on the Xbox One version of "ARK: Survival Evolved." The reason? The scheduled downtime was reportedly part of Studio Wildcard's plans to upgrade the game to a "better hardware," Daily Express notes.

"Several official servers will be going down for maintenance at 12:00am EST (4:00am UTC) tonight," Studio Wildcard's official statement read. "The downtime is estimated for 3 hours while these games are transferred over to faster machines."

Mysterious Bird-Like Creature In 'ARK: Survival Evolved'

After the addition of the largest creature in "ARK: Survival Evolved" realm, another dinosaur is set to arrive in the game. According to Windows Report, Studio Wildcard released an image of an "eagle-like dinosaur" with a title, "Mysterious Mysteries: Introducing ???????," but no other details have been revealed.

Due to the release of the new creature's illustration, several fans speculated that the mysterious creature could be a "shoulder pet" that could possibly assist the gamers in finding dead bodies. But some said that the bird-like dino has already been in the game but have "evolved differently," noting the connection with the game's new mutations system.

Studio Wildcard has yet to reveal further details about this mysterious "ARK: Survival Evolved" creature but one of the photos reportedly showed the massive bird-like dinosaur scavenging on a dead creature. Quite interesting, right? But for now, fans could only patiently wait for further details.

"ARK: Survival Evolved" is reportedly on sale. Xbox One Gold members could avail for a 25 percent discount on the full price while Silver members could have a 15 percent off. This "ARK: Survival Evolved" promo is only until Monday, Jul. 11, VG24/7 reports.
