Nintendo NX Latest News & Release Date: Set To Release Along With Nintendo's Trademark Games, Features the New 'The Legend Of Zelda'

Nintendo is getting back into business as they are set to release a new portable console called Nintendo NX. This is Nintendo's first step to getting back into the gaming market after they fall upon the release of Nintendo Wii U.

According to MCV, Nintendo NX will be released with a set of Nintendo's trademark games like Zelda and Super Mario along with the Pokemon game. With the newest entry from "The Legend of Zelda" series, the "Breath of the Wild" might bring a positive change for Nintendo's future since the last release of the series was way back in 2011. For the first six months after the release of the Nintendo NX next year, fans will be able to enjoy these three games as part of Nintendo's plan.

Nintendo has been working with some of the leading game developing companies such as Square Enix, Activision and Ubisoft for a new set of games for Nintendo NX.

TechRadar said that the Nintendo NX will deliver stronger graphics rendering compared to Sony's PS3, but not as powerful as the PS4. The Nintendo NX will be a combination of a portable game console and a handheld device that can be connected to a TV, a game cartridge needs to be inserted and it comes with a detachable controller.

Nintendo has been quite so far after the release of Nintendo Wii U. Nintendo struggles to extend the Nintendo Wii U marketability due to lack of support from the biggest game developers like Electronic Arts and Bethesda Softworks to name a few, though Activision committed to supporting the Nintendo Wii U in creating games, still not enough to increase the console's appeal to the consumers and was overshadowed by the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Nintendo has been working hard on its new Project Nintendo NX which is set to release in March 2017, with the hopes of having a seat in the mainstream of the "Next Generation" gaming market.
