The Flash Season 3 Spoilers & Cast News: Tom Felton's Character Barry's Twin Brother? Julian Dorn Villain?

Coming off two very successful seasons, the producers of "The Flash" season 3 are under great pressure to maintain, if not surpass, the quality of the superhero show. Starring Grant Gustin as the titular hero, "The Flash" became an even bigger hit than its parent show, "Arrow," and became the CW's most popular show since the premiere of "The Vampire Diaries" seven years ago. This is probably why many of its fans are iffy about the addition of "Harry Potter" star Tom Felton to the cast especially since the producers are being very secretive as to just who he will be in the series.

While it has been revealed that Felton's character, Julian Dorn, will also be a crime scene investigator in the Central City Police Department, not much has been disclosed about his relationship with other characters for "The Flash" season 3 apart from the fact that he "suspects" Barry Allen is hiding a secret, according to Entertainment Weekly reported.

It is entirely possible, however, that Felton will portray Cobalt Blue in "The Flash" season 3, Movie Pilot reported. For those not familiar with the comic books, Cobalt Blue was originally Barry Allen's twin brother who was raised as Malcolm Thawnes because of a doctor's error. This also supports Felton's previous statement that his character only existed because Barry messed up with the previous timeline. Could this perhaps be Felton's role in "The Flash" season 3?

"The Flash" season 3 will be seen for the first time on Tuesday, October 4, at 8 pm ET on the CW. Parent Herald will be posting more new and updates on "The Flash" season 3 in the coming days as the "The Flash" season 3 cast starts their promotional activities for the upcoming season.
