The Toronto Raptors has been silent since the NBA off-season, but it seems to end as they are now rumored to acquire DeMarcus Cousins from the Sacramento Kings. The Kings are reportedly in search of a good trading partner for Cousins and it would be likely to be the Raptors.

According to the Raptors HQ, DeMarcus Cousins going to Toronto might be possible as per the previous hints says even quoted that Cousins is not a Raptor yet? The blockbuster trade can be pulled off by the Toronto Raptors in the expense of Jonas Valanciunas, Cory Joseph and Norman Powell.

As per Yibada reported, the Toronto Raptors is an elite team with young veteran players, but need a lot of help from a star that could provide them a major impact they need. DeMarcus Cousins is likely to be the missing piece of a successful NBA Championship campaign for the Toronto Raptors.

If acquired by the Raptors, DeMarcus Cousins' double figured career average would be a great contribution to the team. With a career average of 26.9 points, 10.8 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game, it shows that he is one of the centers in the NBA.

Aside from being a dominant inside scorer, DeMarcus Cousins is also a terrific passer from the post. Playing with co-All-Star DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry would definitely build a Toronto Raptors big 3.
