‘The Walking Dead' Season 7 Release Date, News Update: Will Carol, Morgan Be Changed By The Kingdom? Ezekiel Instrumental To ‘Caryl?’

"The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere promises to change Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the Alexandria survivors with tragedy, but will The Kingdom and Ezekiel (Khary Payton) also change Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) and Morgan (Lennie James)? If so, will Ezekiel be instrumental in bringing Carol and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) together for what "The Walking Dead" fans have been waiting for - "Caryl?"

Fans will remember that Carol Peletier was an emotional wreck in "The Walking Dead" Season 6. Although Carol Peletier tried to run away from her friends in "The Walking Dead" Season 6, she encountered The Saviors and discovered that Morgan had also been hot on her trail.

  Interestingly, as Scott Gimple explained to Entertainment Weekly, "The Walking Dead" Season 6 revealed how Carol Peletier and Morgan are essentially struggling with the same aspect of surviving but on opposite sides. Fortuitously, Carol Peletier and Morgan encountered members of The Kingdom just as "The Walking Dead" Season 6 was wrapping up.

According to Scott Gimple, Carol Peletier and Morgan will encounter a very different community in "The Walking Dead" Season 7 with The Kingdom. Scott Gimple promises that opposed to the Alexandria survivors who were barely surviving, Carol Peletier and Morgan will discover a celebration of life in The Kingdom come "The Walking Dead" Season 7.

For the first time since the viral outbreak began in "The Walking Dead" Season 1, Carol Peletier and Morgan will be reminded by The Kingdom and under the leadership of Ezekiel what a thriving life feels like. Ezekiel himself will be an antithesis of sorts to all the chaos surrounding Rick Grimes and Negan, as previewed by "The Walking Dead" Season 6 finale, as The Kingdom leader is "bigger than life" according to Scott Gimple.

Perhaps, The Kingdom and the company of Ezekiel are exactly what Carol needs to get into that place where she is ready for a relationship as Parent Herald cites. Perhaps Ezekiel and The Kingdom will help Carol Peletier realize "Caryl" with Daryl Dixon.
