‘The Originals’ Season 4 Latest News & Updates: Klaus Is Back And Will Gain His Strength With Caroline’s Help?

"The Originals" Season 4 is expected to see the return of Klaus Mikaelson as Morgan confirmed in a teaser posted on his Instagram account. The much awaited show is suggested to see a betrayal while an old lover is also speculated to come back.

Morgan posted an Instagram video of himself, giving as much information as he can about the upcoming season of "The Originals." He said, "Someone will be betrayed." "There will probably be a staking of some kind or another. Blood will flow.," the actor added.

It seems that "The Originals" Season 4 will see another Mikaelson betray the family but it still remains to be seen who that Mikaelson will be. Morgan also did not give a hint on who among "The Originals" characters will be betrayed.

"The Originals" actor also revealed that his character, Klaus, will be back as he ended his Instagram video. Klaus is expected to be back in "The Originals" Season 4 but he will still be detained by Marcel, Christian Today reported. Additionally, speculations arise that the upcoming season will see a battle between Marcel and Klaus as the latter escapes imprisonment.

Meanwhile, Celeb Dirty Laundry reported that Caroline Forbes will perform a cameo in the upcoming season of "The Originals." Rumor has it that Klaus will return to New Orleans in a very weak state which will be revived by Caroline's presence. Additionally, speculations arise that Klaus and Caroline are set to renew their relationship in "The Originals" Season 4.

However, Parent Herald reported that Caroline may end up with Stefan in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8. This, in turn, will hinder a revival of the "Klaroline" love story. But fans of Klaus and Caroline need not lose hope just yet as nothing has been confirmed whether or not Caroline will visit New Orleans to see Klaus in "The Originals" Season 4.
