'Pokemon GO' Update: Halloween Special Catch Zubat, Golbat, Drowzee, Hypno, Gatly, Gengar, and Haunter Easily; Niantic's First In-Game Event Now Available

Fans of "Pokemon GO" will be happy to hear that this Halloween, they will be able to catch Catch Zubat, Golbat, Drowzee, Hypno, Gatly, Gengar, and Haunter as easy as they can. Niantic is providing these rare Pokemon as part of Halloween's trick or treat and its first ever in-game event.

To celebrate Halloween even further Niantic will also offer bonus candy to all players who will diligently play "Pokemon GO" from October 26 to November 1. The Halloween treat that will be given to players will be doubled once they caught, hatched or transferred Zubat, Golbat, Drowzee, Hypno, Gatly, Gengar, and Haunter.

Of course, players of "Pokemon GO" will need to still go out and search for these selected Pokemon but expect that during those days, Zubat, Golbat, Drowzee, Hypno, Gatly, Gengar, and Haunter will appear more often than before.

You can add these Spooky Pokemon to your Pokedex as they will be rare to catch after Halloween. And as mentioned earlier, the bonus reward during Halloween will give players of "Pokemon GO" to increase their candy rewards, Eurogame reported.

As an increasing decline of "Pokemon GO" players has also been seen, Niantic offering its first in-game event can attract players from coming back, according to The Verge. However, some are still doubting if the Spooky Pokemon can lure more people to find them.

In keeping up with the in-game event, Niantic has also asked its "Pokemon GO" players to share their festive photos using the hashtag #PokemonHalloween and download the Pokemon pumpkin.

It will really be busy again for "Pokemon GO" players now that the scary Pokemon Zubat, Golbat, Drowzee, Hypno, Gatly, Gengar, and Haunter will be available for most players to catch. So for those who want to finally get one of these creepy Pokemon to add on their Pokedex, now is your chance until November 1.
