Scientists Hear Strange Messages From Extra-Terrestrial Beings; Existence Of Aliens Suspected?

Two Canadian scientists claim to have found the evidence of intelligent alien life, which was published in the journal Publications of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific.

Ermanno Borra and Eric Trottier, the two astronomers from the University of Laval in Quebec, Canada, studied in detail the stars that were cataloged from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey. Out of the 2 million stars that were surveyed, it was found by the scientists that 234 of them exhibit spectral modulation.

These 234 stars are said to exhibit spectral modulation. These stars are manifesting rapid bursts of light, which are very similar to the signals from an alien civilization sending rapid optical pulses that were elucidated in one of the previous research papers published by Ermanno Borra.

Though there is no particular evidence for the reason of emission of these rapid lights, scientists believe this to be a signal of the existence of extra-terrestrial creatures or aliens. Borra and Trottier assert that the signals are from an intelligent alien civilization, which are manipulating the stars to send a message to us on their existence.

According to Tech times, the researchers said: "We consider the possibility predicted in a previously published paper, that the signals are caused by light pulses generated by ETI to make us aware of their existence."

However, the other members of the scientific community do not concur with this thought. According to the Berkeley SETI Research Center, there is no sufficient evidence to corroborate these findings. "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. It is too early to unequivocally attribute these purported signals to the activities of extraterrestrial civilizations," the organization wrote in a statement as reported by Fox News.

The researchers then made it clear that they would conduct further studies to confirm or deny the hypothesis. This will be accomplished by watching the same signals on different equipment so that the other contradictory explanations can be discarded.
