Xbox ONE Backward Compatibility Latest News: 'Rage,' 'Shred Nebula,' 'Killer Is Dead' New Addition To Library; See Full Game List Here

Xbox One's backward compatibility feature is among God's gifts to gaming humanity. With the advent of this feature, users can now enjoy playing most of the Xbox 360 titles on Xbox One. Currently, Microsoft has relisted over 250 games playable on the console.

Per Game Spot, latest additions to the roster of Xbox One compatible 360 games include "Rage," "Shred Nebula" and "Killer is Dead." Earlier this week, several huge titles were also added to the latest flagship console library as tweeted by Xbox Live Director of Programming Larry Hryb. These include The Orange Box's "Joe Danger 2: The Movie & Galaga Legions" and three games bundled into one, "Half Life 2: Episode 2," "Portal" and "Team Fortress."

Express UK reports that the addition of the said five classic titles comes on the heels of "Sonic & All Star Rating Transformed," "Puzzle Quest Galactrix," "Puzzle Quest 2," "Lost Odyssey," "Toy Story 3" and "Guwange." Different titles of the "Call of Duty" line are also a part of the growing backward compatibility library, as well as the "Gear of Wars" and "Fallout" series.

Microsoft reportedly conducts surveys on which Xbox 360 games should be ported to the latest gaming console, says Tech Times. Presently, the company is grinding in making "Bioshock 1," "Bioshock 2" and "Bioshock Infinite" available for Xbox ONE. It was also noted that they will soon be bringing a few big projects which are yet to be named.

Xbox ONE backward compatibility comes with advanced features like Game DVR and Windows 10 in-home streaming. Also, the said feature of Microsoft's latest flagship console is available for free. As stated in Xbox ONE's website, users can also play Xbox 360 titles whether digital or disc-based.

Microsoft assured that "a hundred more" of Xbox 360 games will be made available soon. Here is the list of Xbox ONE backward compatibility games available as of Oct. 27.
