Martin Shkreli Plays Wu Tang Clan Song To Celebrate Donald Trump's Victorious Win: The Song Is From A $2 Million Album?

Martin Shkreli, an ex-pharmaceutical executive, just released an unreleased album following the win of Donald Trump. Yesterday, in the final vote count of the presidency, Trump came out victorious and became elected as the 45th president of the United States of America. Some were sad about Trump's win but there were also a lot of people who celebrated.

Before the results, Martin Shkreli promised in a Tweet that he will release unreleased albums if Trump wins. Upon the election results, Shkreli's album of choice was "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" by Wu Tang Clan.

According to CBS News, Martin Shkreli made a video playing Wu Tang Clan songs off the "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" album. In a live streaming video, Shkreli was playing songs off the extremely expensive album on the day that he found out Trump won.

He played parts of the album for people to hear during the live streaming video that he had on Wednesday morning. Martin Shkreli released two live stream videos with him at the front of his webcam and the Wu Tang Clan songs playing at the background.

According to Bloomberg, this album is one of the most expensive albums in the entire world which meant that only Martin Shkreli could hear the music behind it. Released in the year 2014, the leader of Wu Tang Clan announced that the album "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" will only have one copy and the highest bidder will be the one to own it.

An online auction was made to sell the album. The album was sold in Paddle8 and eventually bought by Martin Shkreli for $2 million.

This is the very album that Martin Shkreli was apparently saving for a "rainy day" or when Taylor Swift wanted to listen to it. However, he decided that Trump's win is now the best time to listen to the legendary one and only album by the Wu Tang Clan. Somehow, Donald Trump was the one to convince him to listen to it.
