NBA News & Rumors: Knicks Derrick Rose Won't Sell His Trump Condo; Is Rose a Donald Trump Fan?

Among the latest NBA news and rumors is many teams like Bucks and Grizzlies are boycotting Donald Trump's hotels this season. However, New York Knicks Derrick Rose won't sell his Trump condo. Fans are now asking whether he is Donald Trump supporter.

New York Post reported that in 2012, Knicks Derrick Rose purchased a $2.8 million condo, with three bedrooms and four baths, on the 84th floor of Donald Trump International Hotel and Tower.

New York Knicks Derrick Rose told The Post that he looked into selling after he got traded to the Knicks last June. But Rose elected to keep it because he saw a soft real estate market. Rose's mind remains unchanged despite the wave of anti-Trump sentiment before and after Trump's presidential win.

According to Yahoo Sports News, NY Knicks Derrick Rose said that he understand both sides. If a person had a team and the team have beliefs that stand against his beliefs, that person has every right to stay wherever he want to stay.

Also, in the latest NBA news and rumors, New York Knicks Derrick Rose said that no one can tell him where to sell his property and how to sell it. Rose felt like that he can make a big profit down the line.

NY Knicks Derrick Rose explained further that years from now, his place may triple the price. Real estate agent for Coldwell Banker's Gold Coast in Chicago Hunter Andre confirmed Derrick Rose's view regarding a market for luxury condos in the $2 million-to-$4 million range in the ritzy 60611 area code in which Trump International is located.

Andre told The Post that the condo had a 13-month supply, which was an overabundance. According to a Chicago SunTimes in a 2014 report, the New York Knicks Derrick Rose's condo is 3,102 square feet and takes up half of the 84th floor with a view to the southwest of Soldier Field and United Center.

NY Knicks Derrick Rose will spend a lot of time at the condo in his offseason as he will be a free agent this summer.

Do you think it was just an investment for New York Knicks Derrick Rose or does he really support the current US President Donald Trump?
