‘Toy Story 4’ Movie Updates: Plot Spoilers -Andy Gets All His Toys Back? Pixar Film May Still Be Released In 2018?

Disney and Pixar's recent announcement that the release of "Toy Story 4" is pushed back to 2019 left many fans which are waiting for the continuation of the story of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Andy disappointed. Still, the fact that the showing dates of "Toy Story 4" was switched with "The Incredibles 2" doesn't stop the fans from wondering about the possible plot of this animation film.

It looks like the wait of "Toy Story" fans will be worth it since a post from Ecumenical News listed possible exciting storylines for its fourth installment. One theory suggests that the sequel will finally answer the question about the whereabouts of Andy's father.

Many assume that Andy's parents are separated since the boy in the story is shown with his mom and sister Molly but never with a dad. Apparently "Toy Story 4" will feature the reconciliation of Andy's mom and dad.

Meanwhile, since the ending of "Toy Story 3" saw Andy giving away all his beloved childhood toys to a little girl, the sequel will reportedly show Andy getting back all his toys. How the adorable toy characters of Sheriff Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Bullseye, and other characters find their way back to Andy is surely something to look forward too.

Moreover, it seems there is still hope for "Toy Story 4" to go back to its original release date in 2018. An article from Cinema Blend features an interview with writer and director, Andrew Stanton where he said that there is a possibility for "Toy Story 4" and "The Incredibles 2" to be released both in Jun 2018. Stanton said that Pixar usually creates up to six films at the same time and if they feel that a certain movie is ready, they can decide to move it to an earlier release date.

So 2018 may just be a great year for animation films if ever "Toy Story 4" and The Incredibles 2" will indeed be released that year. How would you like the plot of "Toy Story 4" to run? Leave your comments below.
