The new operatign system (OS) from Apple has mixed reviews once it was available for various iPhones and iPad devices. Others like the new functionalities while some prefer how their devices worked before the update. The new iOS 10.2 Beta will be available on December and it is expted to be well received by iPhone and iPad users.

It is worth the upgrade to iOS 10.2 Beta in more ways than one. According to CNET, there are good reasons why iPhone and iPad users should update their devices.

The iOS 10.2 Beta has new emojis that users can use. In fact, there are 72 emojis to be added as users can't get enough of emoji communication. Emojis elevate the level of character and animation for any plain and simple messages.

The iOS 10.2 Beta enables preserve camera settings. Soon, iPhone and iPad users will be able to choose what mode or filter to open on. This update was incorporated because at present the camera defaults to original settings every time it gets launched or accessed.

The emergency feature which appeared on the Apple Watch will be available upon upgrade to the latest iOS. It will allow users to call the authorities without taking out the phone out of the pocket.

This is available to at least 14 countries. It can be accessed by simply pressing the on/off button for five times in a row to initiate a three-second countdown.

iPhone and iPad users are now able to pick off where they left off while composing text messages upon clicking to open the full-screen message from the lock screen or preview. There is no need to worry about losing text messages in the quick response bubble when switching to full screen.

As added by Tech Radar, there is also new settings menu for TV Provider upon upgrade to iOS 10.2 Beta. It is designed to let Apple's upcoming app pull from subscription services like Dish and Sling TV.

A celebration screen is also available upon upgrade to iOS 10.2 Beta. It gives a full screen message effect and three new wallpapers. It is considered artsy with its different colored droplets.
