In an interview with US Magazine, Selena Gomez revealed that she is just like any other girl, meaning she also finds it hard to follow an exercise regimen. She even admits that she is too lazy to workout some days.

 The hitmaker admits this practice may seem odd but then she asserts that the sweat bed really works. Selena Gomez reveals aside from giving her flawless skin, sweating for almost an hour also makes her feel good. Moreover, the release of toxins in the body also helps her stay focused.
