Fans are in for the most gruesome battle in the upcoming episode 71 of "DBS." Unfortunately, reports are saying that the upcoming battle will put the beloved character Goku in deepest trouble, leading to his death.

Episode 71 of "Dragon Ball Super" titled "Death to Goku! A Hit-Job That Can't Be Refused" will feature the terrible assassination plot against Goku. The synopsis posted on Reddit says fans beloved Goku will be seen in great trouble as someone has employed the strongest of all assassins to head to Universe 7 to kill Goku. Apparently, the assassin is set to give Goku a no-holds-barred assassination techniques. Will Goku be able to survive the battle?

The short promo video for episode 71 of "DBS" reveals a snippet on the mastermind behind Goku's assassination plot. The assassin is speculated to come from Universe 6. According to Yibada, the video featured a blue-skinned alien sporting a suit, which could be the mastermind behind the plot to kill Goku. This alien assassin comes by the name of Hit. However, the alien is also shown with a mask, so fans cannot recognize yet the face of Hit from the short promo video. Furthermore, the next episodes of "Dragon Ball Super" will launch the start of a new saga while the Z-warriors try to determine who is behind the masked alien assassin.

On the contrary, Goku is not believed to die in episode 71. According to Inquisitr, the title for the next episode 72 is dubbed "Counter Attack? An Invisible Assassination Skill!" This title suggests that the battle will not end in episode 71 and will continue in episode 72. Goku is expected to make his counter-attack, which lessens the intensity of speculations pointing to the death of Goku in episode 71.
