A New Project From The Creator of ‘Devil May Cry’ Had The Fans Guessing, Read Details Here!

Hideaki Itsuno opened the new year with a bang or a teaser with his tweet announcing and confirming that he is currently working on a new project. The creator of the highly successful "Devil May Cry" series may be into something more epic than his previous project.

Hideaki Itsuno is not your typical game developer, among his achievements lies some of Capcom's biggest titles to date. "Dragon's Dogma," Rival Schools" and "Power Stone" carries some of Mr. Itsuno's trademark. The gameplay, storyline, and graphics representation were influenced by this video game innovator. According to GameRant, Hisaki Itsuno could already be developing the sequel to" Dragon's Dogma" since the game was already teased in the past. Another possibility is that they could be working on a remake since Capcom has been busy reviving their old titles, a good example for this would be "Megaman X" which was announced previously for the mobile platform.

The "Devil May Cry" series will be the last option since the franchise has been exhausted already in the past. The "Devil May Cry" franchise has 4 separate sequels and a rebranded western style version which was released in 2013. A new franchise would also be a good entry into the market but it seems that Capcom is currently not going to introduce a new one this year.

DualShockers also predicts that the possibility of a new installment of the "Justice Gakuen" series, better known as "Project Justice," could also be in the works as it was mentioned by the director before. Project justice is a fighting game which was the successor of fairly successful "Rival Schools" game released in 2001.

The tweet of the Hideaki Itsuno got every fan of his work hyped by the wide array of possibilities that could happen within this year. The anticipation and guessing game is just beginning and Mr. Itsuno may keep teasing the public until he is ready to announce the game.
