Jennifer Lopez’ Wedding Was Slightly Affected by Coronavirus

Jennifer Lopez appeared on the new at-home edition of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Tuesday and said that her wedding plans are on hold due to the coronavirus outbreak. She shared how the pandemic has affected her and Alex Rodriguez's wedding date.

The superstar said that the pandemic did affect their big day planning a little bit. Adding to that, she said that they are looking forward to what will happen next because right now, they do not know what to expect.

In March 2019, the couple got engaged during a romantic vacation, and since then, fans have been on the lookout to when they will be wedded. JLo has been keeping all their wedding details a secret. 

She told DeGeneres that just like everybody, they are still waiting for what could happen in the following months.

Many couples across the globe were forced to put their wedding day on hold, and some decided to proceed with their wedding virtually via video call or through social media. JLo and the former MLB player have recently been posting TikTok videos on social media, and there was once they shared the "Flip the Switch" challenge that had gone viral. 

DeGeneres suggested that the couple do their ceremony using TikTok, making Lopez laugh and saying that it is something to think about because they could not make any commitments as of the moment.

Jennifer Lopez on Self-Quarantine 

Apart from making changes to her wedding day, another change that she is doing right now is keeping busy while staying home. 

Lopez said that she has been on the run for the past few years, and this quarantine period has made her enjoy being at home right now. Initially, she planned to take a bit of time off after the "Super Bowl" performance and "World of Dance" that she has just finished filming. 

Lopez told the host that she and her family are all shut down for a few weeks already while practicing social distancing. She is home together with Rodriguez and her four children: Rodriguez' daughters, Natasha, 15; Ella, 11; and Lopez' 12-year-old twins, Emme and Max.

Jennifer Lopez Helps Out on Children's Homeworks

Jennifer Lopez is helping her children with their homework now that they are taking online classes at home. DeGeneres asked if Lopez encounters any difficulties with their assignments, and Lopez answered that since she is "not a teacher," there are times that she is clueless as to what her children are studying.

She even described her children's math lessons as "crazy". Most of the time, they would have to look up certain stuff on the internet.
