Researches show that breastfeeding has a lot of benefits. Whether it is for the baby or the mother, breastfeeding seems to be a perfect choice.

However, some moms find it challenging to use a breast pump. 

Even so, it still a sad thing to let go of those liquid gold just because moms are having a hard time using a breast pump. 

Here are some alternatives for moms who want to keep their breastmilk for their babies when they already need it.

Do it the old-fashioned way

If breast pumps are not the best buddy for a mother, using the hands to pump the milk. 

This method might be more comfortable for some moms.

If this is the more natural way, there is no need to buy a breast pump to store the breast milk intended for the baby.

Breast pumps are like shoes, and if it does not fit properly, it won't be easy to walk. For breast pumps, if the flange does not latch properly, it won't be easy to express or pump milk from the breast. If this happens, moms might get frustrated, causing them to abandon the breast pump entirely.

That is why it would also be okay to take some break from pumping milk. Instead, moms should breastfeed their babies more often. This way can encourage more mom-child bonding.
