Dad and Daughter Duo Goes Viral in a Cheerleading Video That Went Wrong [Father Teaches Daughter Patiently]

Every dad and daughter probably has their ways of bonding. For some, it is dancing together. Others like to sing along.

For Roland and his four-year-old daughter, Jayden, bonding is doing some cheerleading stunts.

However, it is not just a bonding that both of them enjoy; netizens say that Roland is an epitome of a patient parent.

One of their TikTok videos now has more than 13 million videos. It also became a viral video on Twitter. The video shows the dad and daughter duo doing some stunts, and Jayden fails to execute. Roland patiently taught her daughter what went wrong; then, they tried doing it again.

Netizens loved the dad and daughter duo's bonding, especially Roland's patience.

The cheerleading stunts

In an interview with Good Morning America (GMA), Roland and his wife shared that Jayden started doing tricks when she was six months old.

As she grew older, the four-year-old continued to love tumbling, flying in the air, and pulling stunts with her father.

Roland is a professional cheerleader and coach. He shared in another interview that he never pressures Jayden. The dad of the young cheerleader said he was surprised that his daughter was able to do flying stunts at age 3.

The viral video

In early March, the dad and daughter duo have already been making noise on the internet. They have been sharing their videos practicing some stunts.

It was recently when another video of the dad and daughter duo got over 13 million views.

Also, a Twitter user shared a clip of one of the stunts of the two. In the video, Jayden was not able to fully execute the trick. She fell, but her father was able to catch her immediately.

Now, this is where things get more interesting. After Jayden's fall, the dad cheerleader asked if his little girl was okay. When she said yes, Roland started to point out the young cheerleader's mistakes. Before trying to do the routine again, the dad reminded his daughter that he will always catch her. He said, "Daddy will always save you," then kisses Jayden on her forehead.

In reply to the tweet, which contains the viral video, was another video that showed what happened after the dad and daughter duo was able to execute the routine successfully.

The dad did not only praise his daughter's determination to succeed after a failure. He was even ready to reward her with an ice cream date. However, the little girl wanted to go home and eat some real food.

According to some netizens, they see this as the dad's way of teaching his daughter as amazing.
